ORDERING & DELIVERY
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
- Click on "WHAT'S NEW" on the top left hand side of the page
- Select your desire product(s) which you wish to purchase
- Fill up the order form provided, which is located at the end of the page of "WHAT'S NEW"
- You can email us directly at DPICK.ORDERS@GMAIL.COM with your desired order(s)
- Within the next 24 hours after your order form has been sent in, a confirmation invoice with payment details will be sent to your email address
- Please do check your junk/spam folders just in case our invoice were chucked there
- Do note that once an order has been sent in, it is already a CONFIRMED ORDER
- No backing out after a CONFIRMED ORDER has been made!
- After confirmation invoice has been issued, payment is required within the 24 hours timeframe
- Failure to do so will result in blacklisted and banned.
- If you do need an extension, do email us and let us know
- All packages will be dispatched within the next 3 working days after payment has been verified
- All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- We reserves the right to release the item to the next buyer if no replies were made during the 24 hour timeframe

- DBS/POSB ATM Transfer
(Compulsory to include ATM receipt when sending in payment details. NO RECEIPT = NO PAYMENTS VERIFIED)

It is IMPORTANT to retain your ATM receipt whene you are doing an ATM transfer!

SHIPPING DETAILS (DELIVERY)
- All local packages will be delivered by Singpost.
- We highly recommend REGISTERED POSTAGE to prevent lost mails.
- DPICK shall not be liable for any cases of lost mails or damaged products in the process of normal mails
- All registered articles comes with a tracking number which is trackable on the Singpost website
- Delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days from date of dispatch

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Goods sold are non-exchangeable nor refundable!
- We do not allow returns/exchanges unless a faulty item is sent out/wrong item is received
- In such situations, we'll provide 1-to-1 exchanges
- No refunds will be made if stocks are still available for the specific product
- Returns and exchanges will only be valid within 7 days from date of purchase
- We shall not be liable for any missing parcels if you were to opt for Normal Postage
