- Backing out from a CONFIRMED ORDER will be blacklisted and banned from all future purchases
- An ATM receipt (proof or payment) is required for payment verification if you had made payments via ATM transfer
- We will not be held responsible for any missing parcels/damaged goods shipped via Normal postages
- All packages will be dispatched within 3 working days after payment has been verified
- For faulty items, DPICK will provide a 1-to-1 exchange if item is still in stock, otherwise a full refund will be made
